Finally found a place in Mesa that reminds me of Guello Canello or El Nene’s from Tucson! Great flavor and decent prices! It’s tucked away off of Broadway & Macdonald on the north side, parking seems to be limited, but it is worth coming to try the famous Sonoran Dog!
I have been coming to this place for more than 17 years and unfortunately the food is becoming less and less delicious. The last time I went I ordered their revonosidos Sonora-style hot dogs!
The tosino was completely burnt. The Chiles that accompany the Sonoran hot dog are Gueritos Chiles and they gave us jalapenos Chiles that add all the flavor to the hot dog.

Came here one night after a show at the Nile. Ordered the carne asada burrito. Had a seat and waited no more than three minutes before they brought me a huge burrito wrapped in foil. Barely had time to grab jalapenos from the topping bar to snack on while I waited. Ate outside. Simply put, the burrito was delicious. I was impressed with how much meat they managed to pack it with. They don't skimp here, you're getting value for your money. The steak was so tasty. Blows...
