I ordered through Uber eats and my order was incorrect when delivered. I called the restaurant and explained what happened and they were very polite, saw I was a long time returning customer and refunded my order. I offered to bring the food back to them since we weren't going to eat it and they wouldn't hear of it. Excellent customer service and I will continue to go to Nana Dee's, the food is great and we're all human mistakes happen and they took care of...

Got a southwest burger for lunch. Asked for a medium, but the patty was pretty much well-done. The fries also could have been seasoned more. Otherwise food was great. The server was super hospitable. The table and booth were a bit dirty.

First time diner. Won't be my last visit. I love this place. Definitely a 50's atmosphere. Along with the retro music. I love it. Let's talk food. Pulled Pork Sandwich. Yum. Club Deluxe. Double yum. Fries were good. Crispy. Bathrooms were clean and kept up. The servers were very helpful in trying to decide what to eat for the first visit.
