Shoot out to Alexander! We were patiently waiting for our pick up order understanding they were working with their previous orders. A Karen comes up behind us yelling about her pickup order. She was not waiting very long at all so there were no need for her behavior. He handled it very well.
I love panda express. However, we went to lunch at 2pm by then things aren't as fresh as if you were closer to the lunch hour. The rice was stale by then and most of the entrees were down to the last. Kung pop chicken was great.
The manager spoke disrespectful to us when asking for wontons as our 3rd part of meal. She rudely said they were not part of the 3 meal plate instead of explaining that they have changed there menu it was no longer included. My husband asked when did that change as he has always asked for wontons as the 3rd and the manager said it changed recently but with great attitude. 🙄
