I ordered a chicken Caesar salad and chicken noodle soup from the 4.99 menu special. The wait staff told me that the salad is not on the 4.99 menu when it clearly is on the website and the wall menu. She charged me from the regular menu instead. I don't mind paying for what I ordered but seriously know your menu and pricing. Just as a side note she didn't offer me my pastry that was available on my rewards. Which most places will tell you there is something available...
Evan is really bad with Customer and Guest Service, but has potential. This is a good location to dine and eat. Panera Bread is great company. Evan please be more helpful. Thanks Panera bread.
I love the Panera sip club and highly recommend it for anyone that likes to drink tea and/or coffee. It’s 100% worth it. I chose to leave my review for this Panera because it’s my favorite, but I visit a lot of them throughout the valley and they’re all wonderful. 5 stars all the way!
