Went out for lunch with my brother looking for more places that also offer vegetarian options for him and we were in the mood for Vietnamese. This was one of the results closest to us and as soon as we walked in we were seated, the menu provided a vegetarian section for him to choose from. I ended up ordering the spring rolls and the beef meatballs pho, while he ordered the vegetarian vermicelli bowl. Food arrived very fast. I always taste the broth of the pho before I add condiments...
The vermicelli combination bowl was loaded with perfectly grilled meat, shrimp, fresh herbs, and crisp veggies. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and balanced. Great portions, great flavor, and friendly service. Definitely coming back.
This has got to be one of my faves if not the fave Phở restos in the Valley. Those of you who’ve read my reviews know I love and know Phở… and of my persistent seeking out for a ‘legitimate and traditional’ Phở!
