You know the Vietnamese food is good when the customer service is bad. Don't let these people discourage you from going here just because they downplay the Pho's taste just because the server is rude. It's the 4th best Pho place in the Valley.
Went here for the first time for take out. I didn't get her name, but the young lady at the register had great customer service. Along with my hot foods I ordered che (cold deserts). She packed me a large cup of shaved ice and cups to add to them at home. Then packed all three cups with extra bags of ice to keep them cold till I got back to Casa Grande. Everything was delicious and authentic. I highly recommend this place. :)
I'm okay with service where it's not warm and to the point as long as the food is good. I had the pho with rare steak and brisket. I noticed as I was eating it that there was no rare steak but the broth was good. Overall I will only take away a star for the mistake.
