I ordered the Rio Bowl which consists acai, apple, bananas topped with chia seeds and I added on blueberries. It's heavenly. I recommend the bowls for anyone, you'll be satisfied.
This place is great for those concerned with their nutrition. They list the ingredients and calories for all their items both on location and online. They are not usually busy so you can be fairly comfortable with waiting indoors and their staff are always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them

Online the menu doesn't reflect everything they have to offer! The menu inside of the actual store has so much more! From sandwiches wraps and smoothies protein shake muffins and salads! I tried to take a good photo of the menu and my food and drinks. The service was also really good, I had a man named James and a young lady help me when I went in today! Love the vibe and energy of the place!!
