Rolberto's Taco Shop offers food that is always spot on and delicious. The tacos are outstanding, generously sized, and very filling, with fresh ingredients and well-seasoned meat. Specific meals include carne asada tacos, a bean and cheese burrito with rice and sour cream, super nachos, regular crunchy tacos, and Al pastor tortas. The super nachos are ridiculously big, and the tacos are super loaded and fresh. The restaurant is open 24 hours a day, which is amazing for convenience. There is no dining room, just an order window and a covered outdoor patio, giving it an old skool taco shop ambiance. The staff are very polite, attentive, genuinely friendly, kind, and wonderful people. Service is quick, and the food is spectacular.
