In the 30 years that I been coming here the best
I've had a lot of Mexican food in 35 years this was a good place...similar to Roberto's in Las Vegas and San Diego. Staff was attentive, competent, efficient, courteous, and professional.
The food is always spot on and delicious. A bit more red and green sauce would be awesome. I've had 5 different dishes from here and I'd recommend each of them.

Rolberto's Taco Shop offers food that is always spot on and delicious. The tacos are outstanding, generously sized, and very filling, with fresh ingredients and well-seasoned meat. Specific meals include carne asada tacos, a bean and cheese burrito with rice and sour cream, super nachos, regular crunchy tacos, and Al pastor tortas. The super nachos are ridiculously big, and the tacos are super loaded and fresh. The restaurant is open 24 hours a day, which is amazing for convenience. There is no dining room, just an order window and a covered outdoor patio, giving it an old skool taco shop ambiance. The staff are very polite, attentive, genuinely friendly, kind, and wonderful people. Service is quick, and the food is spectacular.
