Walked in around 130 and the place looked closed, menus were off and no one was in sight. Found a paper menu and started talking with my girlfriend about our order, when the owner heard us from the back and came and said hi and that someone woukd be right with us,then went back and asked her employee to come out and serve us, she did, she was nice, the owner then proceeded to turn the menus on, so we could actually see what all they have to offer . We got smoothie and acai bowl the mango smoothie was great no complaints. But seriously the acai bowl was DISGUTING, the strawberries were NOT fresh , looked more like a strawberry sauce, all the fruit on top was actually bad, not fresh at all the bananas were blackened and soggy, the blueberries were soggy and not fresh at all , really weird. So we ended up taking all those toppings off and just had the acai, the acai was good.

I will no longer come back to this location and spend any money. I started coming here a couple months ago to try it out because its the closest to my home, and all the girls are very sweet.
I decided to take time on my lunch today and spend my gas to grab a quick smoothie, and I only had a $50.00 bill with me. The young worker told me they don't take $50, and as a consistent paying customer over the last couple months i expected better customer service. I usually pay with my debit card, but I didn't have it today. I was coming to grab two smoothies for me and my sister, and I and was told, rudely, by the manager that I could have a free soda instead. Gee thanks (i dont drink soda for over 15 years, was a major slap in the face, and to also be offered a soda at a SMOOTHIE shop too). The manager said they never take $50.00 bills and asked was there anything else she could do for me...The manager's attitude alone confirmed that I will never come back to this location and give it my money simply off principle because of her bad attitude and bad customer service. Way too many smoothie spots to choose from. Enjoy.

This review isn’t about the food cause I actually didn’t try it. It’s about the service. I went in during my lunch, employee saw me but was busy doing another order. Totally reasonable! I waited for her to be done then got in the line to order, she clearly saw me, and then proceeded to ignore me and complete other task without any acknowledgement or “hey, I’ll be right with you.” Felt awkward so ended up just leaving.

Showed up at 5:50 and was told the store was closed. 1. Why close so early at 6? You want my business or not? 2. Why are you turning away a singular customer 10 minutes before close? I understand the inconvenience of showing up 2 minutes before close, but this was 10 minutes at a smoothie place. Ridiculous in my opinion. Now I’m definitely not coming back

I went in today craving a smoothie and left with a delicious smoothie and a side of attitude. I got to the store at 5:30 knowing they closed at 6 but i definitely didn’t think that was too close to closing time to be rude, but apparently i was wrong. I was greeted with hostility and an unwillingness to make my 2 smoothies, and left with hearing her scream at the top of her lungs as i walked out the door and she locked it behind me at 5:42. Definitely won’t be going back, but at least the smoothies taste nice.
It took 20 minutes to receive a very subpar smoothie bowl. There was only one employee working during lunch. Açaí base was flavorless, thin and melted. The ingredients themselves were very poor quality—strawberries were thawed from frozen, granola was unremarkable, coconut was cheap stuff from a bag. They could have gone to Trader Joe’s and gotten much better dried coconut strips, granola and real cacao nibs. Very disappointing. Save your money and go to Berry Divine instead. Perhaps their wraps, smoothies, and sandwiches are okay but skip the bowls.

I used to love to come here to get my smoothies for my partner and I before we worked out or afterwards. The quality of the smoothies depends on the worker who's on shift. Today I ordered a Caesar salad and added chicken and I get a wrap. Plus the smoothies are more watered down, not even thick. Didn't even get the extra oats in my smoothies liked I asked.

Ordered pickup so I can walk in and grab my smoothies, I walk in 6 minutes passed it was supposed to be made and its not even started..... there was no one inside, completely empty. Employee goes, "oh sorry I didn't even hear it I'll make it right now". Makes them doesn't say anything like it didn't even happen. Great customer service ?? ?? ??. Hope these rushed smoothies are good.....
