I absolutely love Pollo La Chuya! It feels like everywhere you go these days, it’s all about fried chicken — so finding delicious, flavorful grilled chicken here is such a treat. The seasoning is perfect, the chicken is always juicy, and you can really taste the freshness. It’s become one of my favorite spots, and I keep coming back for that amazing grilled flavor I can’t find anywhere else.
The food here is unbelievably good. The staff made sure we were good and it smells so good here.

I found this place while I was looking for another restaurant. Completely by surprise. I decided to stop and check this place out. I’m always excited for a restaurant. I have never tried serving food that I love. Tacos Al carbon. Walking in it’s a small little corner restaurant. But right away I can smell the food. Reminds me of home.
