This review is for the Crismon location in Mesa. This location is not that old and yet it looks disgusting. One coke machine hasn't worked in forever. I love the tea at Popeyes but refuse to get it here because the tea dispensers are so dirty on the outside. I can only imagine what it looks like on the inside. The food today was good and hot but if the outside area that customers see is gross what does the kitchen look like?? The handwritten sign in your back area for the employees to read says.. March 11 Be Ready For Inspection. I would only imagine that means health inspection!! Clean this place or I'd see this one closing.

I just spend $70 plus dollars for a 20 piece chicken meal (delivery) and got 8 wings as part of the meal. 20/4 =5 wings! This is the second time (at this location) where they have ripped me off out of the appropriate chicken! 20 piece chicken meal means 5 wings! 5 thighs! 5 drum sticks! And 5 breasts!!! Don’t go here! Especially for a delivery!!!!

Service was a little slow and witnessed items missed in almost every order. They could have been in training, not sure. Food was excellent though.

I waited in the drive through for someone to help me for 5 minutes before I said something. I placed a mobile order so the lady wanted me to wait at the drive through until my order was fulfilled before she took the next order. I always get really bad customer service here and I am ALWAYS missing something in my order. Now I check all my orders before leaving. Unfortunately, it’s the closest location to my house but they need better people working with better customer service. I’m paying you to eat there and I certainly don’t have to.

Popeyes is one of my favorite restaurants. But be warned that some people may find it hot. Even the original chicken is too hot for my little boys. On the other hand I enjoy the spices and seasoning. Love that chickenKid-friendliness: The food may be too hot for younger kids

Solid Popeyes. Everything tastes fresh and not like old grease. My now after Home Depot run spot for some chicken since they are in the same parking lot. Honestly surprised a little cause most Popeyes are kinda gross but this one was tasty.
