I called to request dark meat only for my order because I couldn’t request it on the delivery app. The lady that took my call said she would take care of it and she did. Such a small thing but it meant a lot to me since I had to order for delivery.

I ordered chicken. The first time I went at night, my chicken was bloody. i took it back the next day, and the manager gave me back my money and gave me the best fresh chicken. So thank you, Popeyes, for having managers who know how to handle situations when they happen. And I will be coming back. Top-notch customer service experience.

Ordered food off the DoorDash app and unfortunately had a couple of items missing. I came down to the establishment and spoke with Amy the manager on duty and explained the situation. Amy was very understanding and remade our entire order in a timely manner instead of just the items I was missing. Management and team members are great even faced with an order error. Employees and management are amazing, respectful and professional. All the times I have come here the place is clean...
