I am absolutely obsessed with this bread! 🥖 Every loaf is perfectly fresh, soft on the inside, and has that golden, flavorful crust that tastes like it came straight from a bakery in Europe. I’ve tried a lot of bread, but nothing compares. I especially like the chocolate croissant! When you go there ask for Hannah she is the BEST and so sweet!!

Stopped in for the first time about a month ago, and ordered the Lemon Curd Danish and a Morning Bun. The danish had a good lemon flavor and a flaky crust - the morning bun was delicious and not too sweet. I enjoyed the pastries at one of their outdoor tables early on a weekday morning- a wonderful way to start the day!
Just to walk into Proof is such a welcoming hug. The smell of warm bread and spices, it is so comforting and your mouth starts watering before you even look in the cases to see what is on offer! The staff is great will happily offer recommendations if you have a hard time choosing.

A local bakery that uses trustworthy ingredients and methods. Unfortunately that is so rare in the world of food. I love that everything is leavened using ONLY sourdough. Every time I’m in I like to get a chocolate croissant and a multigrain loaf for my sister because it’s her favorite. I love Proof and 10/10 would recommend.

My first time here, I love the olive bread and the cookies. It was almost closing time though so there weren't many choices to pick from.

Now this is bread! Literally, it's actually bread, unlike anything you find in grocery stores. I used to be able to get really good bread where I lived before, and honestly, I was worried Arizona wouldn’t have anything that could compare. But Proof totally proved me wrong. This is as good as bread gets. They mill their own flour, nothing’s bleached or enriched, and you can seriously taste the difference. It’s real bread, flavorful, easier to digest, and just feels good to eat. I’m so glad I found this place.
I really wish there was a location in South Scottsdale! I’d live here. Though going to pick up a pastry and walking over to the Nile for a coffee is a nice combo. The bread, croissants and the pizza squares are incredible!

Went here a few months ago while visiting family in the Phoenix area. As a baker I had seen these guys on YouTube and had high expectations, and I’ll tell you they were exceeded! ordered a corner slice of pizza, a croissant, and a loaf of sourdough, it was a dark brown whole wheat loaf, very robust and tangy. Everything is leavened with sourdough so you get that great tang with all the products. As good if not better than the best bakeries I’ve visited from NY to SF.

This is a great bakery that does all their baking with sourdough. They have great everyday products, but the real treat is to pick up special pastries that are only offered for limited times during the year. Some of are the Matcha and Irish cream croissant, twice baked maple croissant, and cinnamon rolls.
