Cachapa with Queso Mano
Cachapas are corn pancakes. They have a very soft white Venezuelan cheese inside the cachapa and then they are topped with shredded white cheese. They usually take 15-20 mins to cook. Add protein (shredded beef, shredded chicken or ham for an additional cost) gluten-free.

Just had Bloody Mary’s. I would say the top!! Bloody Mary’s we have tried in the Chandler,Gilbert,Mesa
We asked for spicy but not volcano hot. The bartender asked for 1-10 spicy. We went with an 8. The ingredients are there own. Very unique

An institution in downtown Mesa. It is an absolute must when in the area. The empanadas are my go to with so much flavor and a completely stuffed full corn shell. Perfection. Great for a quick bite and a drink, a delicious meal, or excellent take away that holds up exceptionally well. The green sauce is legendary. 5 Stars.
