I talked my family in to trying this place, because I had great memories of the sandwiches there. BIG mistake. Both people on duty were just sitting around. They don't ask you IF you want the bread toasted, they just do it. The sub breat was hard when we got home, and we love 5 minutes away. The subs were impossible to eat. The su s are priced entirely TOO high and definitely not worth the money. I will never go back to ANY Quizno shop, ever. Such a disappointment. How this place has 4.3 stars is beyond me. Recommend food? None.

I went into this ridiculous place and they ran my debit card twice and said it didn't go through so I gave them cash then I checked my account and both charges was taken from my account the rude owner said give it 24 hrs and it will reverse well it didn't I called Quiznos the next day talked to the same rude owner and she refused to give me back my money I was charged twice so it's only $58 but carma will get her back

I used to come to Quiznos all the time. I really loved this place. I hadn't been in awhile so I went tonight... apparently this location has new owners. I ordered the same thing I always order..,every single time. I was super disappointed... when the woman was making my sub I had to ask for more tomato and lettuce. There wasn't any cheese on the sandwich which is like one of the three main ingredients.. turkey ranch Swiss. There was barely any ranch. I asked for a ranch on the side. It was hardly toasted... so I guess the new owners just don't compare to the previous. I'm not sure but I unfortunately will not be going to this Quiznos again. Sucks because it's so close to me. I believe Quiznos is going to go out of business as the owner did say they are very slow. So sad because quizzys used to be my favorite sub shop even though I only always got one specific sammy.

I ordered ahead today and asked that my sandwich be ready at 2:45. When I arrived at 2:35, I was really surprised (pleasantly so) that my sandwich was already ready. The employee handed me my food and I went to go eat it. I ordered the steak and cheese French dip. Unfortunately, my sandwich was cold and the Ajou sauce was mediocrely warm. Had the sandwich been hot and the ajou warmer, I would have given more stars. The service was fine, I didn't interact much with the guy behind the counter, he just handed me my food. I will say, the place was very clean and the music playing wasn't too loud. So that was nice. I'm really disappointed as I thought all Quiznos went out of business, so I was really stoked when I found this one. I was really looking forward to my experience, alas, it wasn't the best.

Drove over an hour to have Quiznos since all the ones in my town have shutdown. The woman was SO RUDE. I honestly couldn't believe it. I was asking what veggie options were available because the lids were all on them and she told me she "couldn't open every lid and to just tell her already what I wanted." I asked if I could have onions and she said that onions were put before the toaster. I told her I didn't want hot onions. She opened the lid and slammed it down and threw onions on my sandwich. My husband's sandwich wasn't even on the bread- more like in the basket and he had to put it on. My food wasn't even toasted. We went 40 min out of our way to eat here and, given the service and quality, I can see why Quiznos are shutting down. Shame.
Ordered on their website at 737. Ordered online because they said they closed at 8. Drove all the way there and the doors were locked lights were off after they took my $. I have no problem with restaurants closing whenever they want but it is unacceptable that they would not turn off their online ordering.
