I came to Canes and The Worker Bailee who was taking my order was the sweetest person, she was so nice and understanding she was quick and i saw her on her feet making sure everything was in place she has by far given me the best service out of any other worker at this establishment
The manager Luis runs an amazing establishment. He communicates to his customers flawlessly and trains his employees to be transparent with wait times in food. Which makes the customer appreciate and feel noticed thank you Luis for the amazing customer service.
Look, it was just okay. I don't buy the hype around the chicken. It's pretty flat in taste. It's like the tap water of fried chicken. Which is a shame because it has such a wonderful texture and is so moist/juicy. I know the sauce is where it's at, but that's lame. Your chicken should stand alone.
