It's a great location.Me and my family have gone quite a few times we absolutely love rallies.The staff are always amazing and extremely professional and nice. I have a habit of confusing.The AI but your staff is extremely accommodating and helpful. I will say the only downside is.It's a little confusing with your two drive through lanes and one of them never seems to work But there's no cones out. And the seems like this place is a bit outdated.The parking lot is definitely in some need of repair.And the building itself just looks outdated.

Wasn’t originally going to write this but since I’m a manager at a restaurant I feel management here should know. I tried to order the pretzel pubster combo. The lady on the intercom barely spoke English, didn’t know what I was talking about. I said it’s the combo that you have a ginormous poster out here of. She said ok pull forward, so I thought she finally figured it out. When I got my food I opened up the burger and it wasn’t right. I waved the guy down inside. He spoke perfect English. Not sure why he wouldn’t be on the intercom. I told him my order was wrong. He told the lady and she came over and said “we don’t have what you want for one more hour”. No idea what that meant but if you don’t have what I want just tell me that. Why would you just pick something for me? I was so dumbfounded I just left with what she gave me.

I went to the Rally’s on McKellips In Mesa. The service was good, nice atmosphere and all around a stand-up place at least in my opinion.

Great spot for cheap fast food that's a step above the crap at the big franchise. Employees are chill as well. The only issue i have is that i get 2 deep sea double fish sandwiches every time I come here and I have given up on asking for extra tartar sauce, it's only 45 cents per sandwich but out of the last 10 times I've ordered them with extra sauce, ive actually gotten extra sauce all of twice. It's a little ridiculous if I have to order it that way and then remind them when I pull up to pay at the window. If it was free, I wouldn't mind as much, but I'm basically paying just shy of a dollar just to be upset because it's not on there. Dry fish sandwiches are not great...

Used to be my favorite burger, but what I received was cold (82 degrees as measured by my IR thermometer) and not suitable for consumption. The fries were similarly soft and soggy and had clearly been sitting for a long time
