Interesting cute place with various options for Empanadas. They also have vegan options, which was really nice and empanadas are good size. You can have them either individually or as a part of plater.

I had heard about Republica Empanadas for some time now... and it came highly recommended! I can say unequivocally that Republica did not disappoint! I went right at the tail end of the lunch rush, and the staff was wonderful! So friendly and helpful! The food was outstanding! If I could rate them higher than 5 stars, I would! This place is seriously one of the best spots we’ve eaten at in Arizona. Republica Empanada is such a great place to eat and an amazing vibe. For myself they absolutely know how to cater to vegans. The vegan options are so good, my wife had a couple vegetarian options and loved them. She said it reminded her of food from back home. We both got the platter and it was amazing. Vegan options available which was nice.

My wife ordered the Jalapeño Popper Potato...
