This place is seriously one of the best spots we’ve eaten at in Arizona. Republica Empanada is such a great place to eat and an amazing vibe. For myself they absolutely know how to cater to vegans. The vegan options are so good, my wife had a couple vegetarian options and loved them. She said it reminded her of food from back home. We both got the platter and it was amazing. Vegan options available which was nice.

My wife ordered the Jalapeño Popper Potato...

Had dinner with a friend and was pleasantly surprised by the cozy and bustling spot. The pernil empanada was just okay, needing a bit more flavor, but the jalapeño ham popper empanada was delicious with its creamy, warm filling and perfectly crispy exterior. The friendly staff and tempting menu make it worth another visit.

República Empanadas lives up to the hype – it’s absolutely delicious! We tried the Pernil, Chicken, and Cheeseburger Empanadas, and each one was outstanding. Whether you’re a longtime empanada fan or trying them for the first time, this place is a must-try. The menu offers a wide variety of options, catering to all kinds of flavor preferences. You’ll definitely find something you love!
