First off this place looked nice I had high hopes but no music boring!!!! Staff looked relaxed like they were there to hang out…. Food came out with no heat the lady was nice but the server I had was lost he didn’t know anything about anything looks like he came in and put on a T shirt and took my order. Didn’t have any clue about prices sides or subs. The elote looks like corn out of the bottom of your garbage bag that’s been sitting in the juice gathered in the corner. After he left with our order and left the menus at the table. Comes back to tell us they don’t even have an option for a kids menu in there kiosk like okay way to stick the foot in the restraunts mouth. Now when we got the burrito it was so bland and they don’t even have the decency to make fresh guacamole there really are out here using Taco Bell’s bagged guac. Everything cold plain and terrible. 0 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.Ritos more like STINKOS

I have been eating at Rito's since 1991. The green chili burro enchilada style is one of the best things I have ever eaten and the beans are the best I have ever been served as well. The staff at the Mesa location are fun, friendly and professional. We no longer live in Arizona but the first place we visit when we return is Rito's. All of my friends that I have taken or referred to Rito's say wow you were right. Great food! Try Rito's and you won't be disappointed.

This was the best restaurant I went to while in town! The restaurant is beautiful, service was great and the food was DELICIOUS. I had the margarita flight- hibiscus, prickly pear and blackberry. To eat, I heard to get the bean and cheese burrito and it did not disappoint! Will be going back!!

Such a great place for drinks and food!!! I enjoyed a Paloma, elotes, and a chicken enchilada. There are no desserts which was disappointing, because I wanted to have something sweet after my spicy meal!

Amazing food and portions. I had a great experience at this place and was pleased with the service, food and cleanliness of the restaurant. When you are seated, you will get a hearty portion of chips and 2 fresh salsas. I liked the spicy one the most because it was bursting with flavor but the mild one was good too.I recommend the Green Sauce Burrito, however, the Red Sauce Burrito is great too so if it’s hard to make a choice, get the mixed one to get the best of both worlds. The filling contains chunks of cubed beef that is very tender much like tamale beef. The sauce is made with chunks of tomato, peppers and many other goodies and spices. The burrito can get messy so use a fork and knife because you will get all the gooey delicious sauce all over yourself. The rice was flavorful and authentically Mexican and the refried beans were creamy and paired perfectly with the rice.I was quite happy with my meal and experience overall. If you are craving Mexican Food, this is the spot for you. Hope you enjoy!Parking: Plenty of parking all around.Kid-friendliness: They offer coloring pages and crayons as well as ample space for large families or strollers

Don't do it, some of the absolute worst Mexican food ever. It is so bad that I suggest you go across the street and go to Taco Bell.. At least you know what you are sort of getting!

Love this place. I've been a customer of ritos for over a decade. I was excited when they opened up their Mesa location. Best green chile burrito I've found.

We went at an odd time the exchange of shifts I get it. How this place got so many stars I don't know. Like I said went after lunch before dinner. The Pluse they have Pacifico on tap. Cold. Sun was out. Made up for mediocre food.

Service was good. Margarita flight was fun. Blackberry margarita could be deadly, as it tastes like a childhood punch flavor. Yummy. My green chile burro was good, but it was primarily good because of the red enchilada sauce vs the green chile pork. Good enough to recommend if you are in area...but not good enough for 10-minute drive from my house. To be fair, I am a Mexican food snob.

My family and I had an early dinner at Rito's after a Cubs spring training game. We were there for happy hour so had both the mini tacos and the mini tostaditos. Both were good but nothing special. We shared some queso which was good but not very warm and the candle under didn't stay lit. My husband had the green chili burrito and liked it. We sat outside and it was comfortable and pleasant. Service was very good.

I really was interested in trying Rito's as my gf and I love Mexican food. We were seated quickly but waited a bit for the waitress to bring menus and ask our drink orders. The decor was okay but the lighting was too bright, the place lacked the warmth that is usually a standard for Mexican restaurants. The chips came with salsa which (for us) wasn't spicy. I understand not everybody likes real spicy hot sauce. Then it gets really weird. We ordered jalapeño bean dip which was delivered barely lukewarm. We asked for a warmer one and then the second which was exactly the same! So we just left it. The entrees were also lukewarm and only fair in flavor...we just couldn't understand why. We ate some of it anyways. We really don't like to make a big deal about things. The kitchen manager came and talked to us and apologized. The check was discounted and we were given a $10 gift certificate. The waitress and kitchen manager were professional and pleasant. I don't think we'll be back.

I've said it before and I stand by it...the best bean and cheese burrito in AZ! BUT...get it enchilada style with green sauce (my preference at least). I should try other items on the menu, but I'm a creature of habit...and this habit has no flaws :) Service is always done with a smile, the place is always clean, and there's a ton of seating both inside and out. I love this place....I love bean and cheese burritos...if I could rent a bench in here I'd sleep overnight and have one for breakfast.

Absolutely amazing food, service is great and the ambiance is top notch. We drive 45 minutes just to enjoy our family dinners at Rito's.
