If you’re looking for hibachi that absolutely rocks, look no further than Rockstar Hibachi at 2633 W Baseline Rd in Mesa! I don’t say this lightly — their Rockstar Fried Rice is hands down some of the best I’ve ever had. It’s packed with flavor, cooked to perfection, and honestly addictive. Every bite is loaded with that perfect balance of seasoning, fresh ingredients, and that signature hibachi sizzle.

I stopped here by accident. I was literally pulled over trying to order delivery to my house after a long work day . When I looked up , I was next to this food truck . I thought well , that was meant to be ( please be good )
When I got home ! Wow … perfect . Everything was cooked perfectly . The gal at the window was so kind and the chefs nailed it ! Super impressed ! Everything was cooked on point ! Thank you
