Iv'e been going to this location for several years and have always found the staff to be welcoming and professional. I have tried several choices from the menu and never been disappointed in the taste, freshness, portion and value for the price.

We go here often however I commented to my husband that something must have changed. The gentleman that seemed to be in management was so friendly, the restaurant was so clean and the food was great!

Theme from San Diego I have eaten at Rubio's numerous times. I was glad to see there was one in the Mesa area in arizona. They've always got some sort of deal going. I got an $8 meal that more than filled me up and the food was delicious as always. I've never had a bad meal here
