Actual authentic viet (lots of central viet dishes). Was delicious, change of pace from pho. Be sure to try some of their other dishes. We loved the green mango salad and rice wrap with pork belly . Comparable to the restaurants I’ve had in little Saigon in CA and Vietnam.
Saigon Jade is one of my favorite places but I ordered Vietnamese Crab udon noodles soup today and disappointed 😞. No dippingsauce, no quail eggs, no pork feet, they gave me a pieces of meat instead 😢. And especially, no Crab Meat it it, i swear.
