“Since developing food allergies, this was by far the best restaurant experience of my life! We were visiting from out of town and I saw an article on “Visit Mesa” about the food inclusion initiative they have. Only people with allergies understand the anxiety around eating out and hoping you won’t accidentally be exposed. The first thing we were asked was “What are your allergies?” My mind was instantly at ease. The food was wonderful and the service amazing! I can’t wait to come back.“

“Olive Garden is one of my favorite places to eat a lunch or dinner, I always get full, because their bread sticks are so good, and everyone there are so nice.

I've yet tried any item there that did leave me wanting more, thats is how your taste buds are being satisfied. Like I never eat eggplant 🍆 not even at home, but Olive Garden's eggplant is so good it leaves me wanting more.

Another thing I like about Olive Garden is, their restaurants are always clean, including their bathrooms. The staff is always nice and quick to remove used dishes once you have eaten everything off it or pushed it away like to say, I am done, can't eate another bite. They politely ask you if you are done and if you want a carry out box, and if you answer yes, they quickly either bring you a container or remove your dishes.

Even if you don't normally eat Italian food, rest assured you can safely eat almost anything they offer. Like their soops are great, especially the minestrone soop, the salads, both are just vegetables prepared in a way to wake your taste buds up, just for starters. I love their pasta dishes, like their Alfredo sauce pasta dish, or the spaghetti, and meat balls, the red sauce is fixed just right, and it never leaves me with indigestion or heart burn.

The prices are fair, and you get full, ive yet to see anyone who is with me that doesn't get full and ends up taking food home, all for around $20 to $30 dollars each and thats usually after the tip is applied.

You have to try Olive Garden, it like a great chip, except you can't eat there just once, you will leave thinking about when you can return for another meal, so do yourself and your taste buds a favor, have lunch or dinner and find a new favorite place to eat.

I only wish they served breakfast, it would have to be out of this world 🌎 I'm sure.

I also like Olive Garden because they have plenty of tables which makes it easy for those with a physical disability to eat out without having to workout being able to set up close to the table easily, and their entrance are wheelchair accessible so everyone can enjoy and have a good time out.

“The manager (I didn't catch his name), and Maya, were absolutely phenomenal in helping me out with a large chocolate lasagna order that I had for a special event! These cakes are the best and they normally do not sell them as a whole cake. I am beyond grateful for their can-do and helpful attitude! Very very friendly manager and staff! Maya is amazing, professional, and such a pleasure to work with! I am a customer for life!“

“It was my first time back since Covid hit. It was just as tasty as before. The waitstaff made sure I was happy with everything, even well after bringing my food. They followed all the current protocols of these times too.“

“My 11 year old son and I stopped in for some sushi tonight and I must say. I've never been so mistreated by a place of business in my entire life. Food was just ok. Nothing special. I ordered 10 piece sashimi, 2 rolls, stuffed jalapeños, miso soup and a sculpin ipa. The girl didn't know what sculpin was and asked for me to point it out on the menu so I did. Our food started coming out and 4 of the 5 items were already on the table and my son and I were starting to get full. The waitress hadn't brought my beer yet and I stopped her and reminded her I hadn't gotten the beer I ordered and I no longer wanted it since we were already pretty far along into our dinner. After I mention this she quickly hurrys to the bar and brings the beer apologizing for the delay. I tell her like I said I no longer wanted it so she took it away. Later when she brings the check the beer that I didn't receive and said I no longer wanted was still on the check. I asked her to please remove it. The owner comes over and in an agitated and aggressive manner asks if there is a problem wirh the bill. I told him yes the beer needed to be removed. He says no he will not remove it since it was already poured. He walks over to bar and brings it back and says here is your beer you need to pay for it. I explained to him how I received it after I had gotten most of my food and no longer wanted it but he refused. He was beyond rude and unreasonable. Most restaurants would take back a beer even if you take a drink and don't like it, I didn't get my beer until I was done with 50% of my food and didn't want it anymore! I mentioned something about his poor customer service and how it's no surprise the place is empty with no customers. The guy gets really heated and demands j pay for the drink. I got up and told my son let's go and the owner begins to assault me pushing me in the shoulder to back me up. 3 of his staff and my son witnessed this. He then stood in front of the doors and would not let us exit until I signed the credit card slip. I went back to the table and signed it "F You" and he let us out but after he read the signature the owner ran outside the store threatening me and getting into my face while calling the cops. His staff even thought he was crazy and were begging me to sign it and they offered to reimburse me $5 cash for the beer. They said their boss was having a bad day. The staff even agreed that the beer came out late which should not have been problem to have it removed. I ended up scribbling something on another copy of the credit card receipt and he finally allowed us to walk away without harassing us. My son was so scared he was calling 911 himself because of how the owner was assaulting me and up in my face. All this mistreatment over a $5 draft beer. I will never step foot in this place again and I should press charges against the owner for putting his hands on me and assaulting me. He even mentioned he has it all on camera so he can validate himself everything that took place. I read over other reviews for this place and it seems this owner likes to argue and fight rather than take accountability for his and his staffs actions. It's unacceptable for anyone to EVER be treated this way, EVER.“

“There are very few fast food places I eat anymore. Once I lived on them. Now I very careful where I spend my money. They have to have quality and they have to be priced right. This location is great. The employees are super nice and the owner is too. I love skipping the line ordering from my app and they bring it to my table. Usually quickly. They also fix any issues fast (not that many to speak of).“

“Dangerously delicious. We hadn't eaten here in years and stopped by to celebrate! Our first experience after several years was great. Our server was very attentive and added to our experience. The chicken parm was initially burnt to a crisp (tasted like charcoal), but the kitchen quickly remade a fresh plate for us. The fried ravioli appetizer was piping hot and delicious, the wine disappeared quickly (we recommend 19 Crimes - its our new favorite) and the cannolis were the cherry on top of our meal. “Great place ! We used to live in Seattle, the World Headquarters of easily accessible great Teriyaki, and hadn't really found a place that measures up. I don't know why we waited so long to try Yogi's since we live < 2 miles from it, but a friend visiting wanted some Teriyaki so we went here. I was shocked at how great it was ! Now we visit all too often ! They have plentiful portions, and the chicken T is just as good as we had in Seattle, if not better. Chicken was cooked perfectly, and wow their Teriyaki sauce is amazing. Best way is to order and pay on their website (no need to use 3rd parties), then go pick it up. Everyone's so nice at the counter. Only hassle is parking since it's behind the building with the Starbucks, but being behind the building provides quick access since you can drive behind the entire strip mall and avoid all of the slow Albertsons traffic to get back to Baseline.“

“I respect and appreciate chick fil a closing on Sunday though I miss them! I have never had poor customer service even if there's an issue with service or order. They always correct it and with a smile. This location no different. My son wanted lunch at 10:20 and they were able to take the order to begin process when breakfast service over at 1030. My son mostly craved for a frozen lemonade, which not quite set but they made a new one really quickly, apologizing profusely since just started machine; We got extra goody and on our way to mini-vacay with our belly's full and happy.“

The staff had everything fresh and ready, the place was clean, and the service was smooth. The toast itself was simple but packed with flavor—crisp bread, creamy avocado, and a touch of seasoning that made it enjoyable.

What I really appreciate about Panera is the consistency. No matter where we’ve been, the service and food quality always feel dependable, and this Mesa location was no exception. Watching my son experience something new while everything around us was clean and welcoming made it that much better.

I want to give them yet another compliment! You guys know how to hire staff that go above and beyond at every point, from the beginning of an order, the preparation of a great meal, superb service, and respectful, kind staff, to a clean place to sit and eat. Let me go a step further and brag about the manager I approached later in the day when I realized a teeth retainer container had been thrown away. He went above and beyond when I came back with gloves to dig through the trash. He did the rough work and returned a text in about an hour telling me he had retrieved the retainer and that it was at the store waiting to be picked up again! What amazing staff you have here! We are thankful customers who stay faithful to your brand everywhere we go. Please never change! Your founder has set the precedent for exceptional service in the fast food industry, and everything about his principles has kept and will keep us loyal as long as you stay consistent.
