Appetizer was good, burger was small and on a very stale bun. My husband could only eat 1/3 of it. My turkey sandwich wasn’t bad, bacon needed to be cooked more and the turkey was the typical deli turkey. Waitress was nice but didn’t see much of her. Won’t be recommending it for a dinner spot.
We love scratch, either with the kiddos or an adult night out, this place is awesome! The staff treats you like family and you can’t beat the patio views. Great menu with daily specials. Live music on the patio, what more could you ask for!

We went for the music bingo. For some reason, the kitchen couldn't prepare our food. We waited way over an hour for our food. Not sure if they had to go buy the food to make it. And I ordered the special Tacos (just ground beef) of the day. This could have been a money maker had they served the food right away and we could have drank more. Coming from work we wanted food before we drank liquor. Just felt it was not properly handled. Never saw a manager. And we had 2 reasons to celebrate there. Now we know not to celebrate there.

Slowest Service I have ever received. We arrived at 5pm , ordered by 515pm. Food delivered at 725 pm - 3 rd of bingo was about to begin. My BLT n Tomato Bisque Soup was ice cold. Asked for a hot soup and my server rolled her eyes at me. In todays world - there are apps to hire extra kitchen n service staff when a facility has a big event planned. No excuse for food to take 2.5 hours ???
So much for my birthday bingo night ! Ruined by Scratch poor performance ???
