The best seafood chowder I have ever had. I’m used to fresh fish, I’m from Seattle, the chowder is better than anything I’ve had in Seattle. Love this place, it tastes like home!!
So I just got back from a cruise to Alaska where I had the best halibut and chips I've ever had. Then I find out about this place so I give it a try. Perhaps hoping it's as good as what I tasted in Alaska. Well, sad to say it wasn't, but it sure was close and very competitive!

SEATTLE FISH HOUSE is a restaurant where the food is excellent and hot. The fish and chips were very good, and the beer battered cod and shrimp were fried perfectly light golden brown. The halibut beer batter, coleslaw, jalapeño tarter sauce, and chipotle ranch were all delicious, and the fresh fish is noticeable. The cod fish and sweet potato fries were a favorite, not soggy nor oily, with a perfect batter to fish ratio. The seafood chowder was some of the best, and the fried clam strips were good. The tortillas on the fish tacos were so good. Portions are decent, and the price is also good. The food is just as yummy as Ivars and Dukes. People are hearing about this place and it is getting busier for dinner, and it will be much busier in winter months.
