There has never been anything negative with any of the Serranos restaurants at all. From the friendliest staff to the fantastic food, nothing can't beat Serranos. Bean dip and salsa is always a must get with any order. I just wish that there were more in AZ but sadly the numbers are dwindling and it's very heart breaking for not just me but for a lot of people. Michelle and David are fantastic! So kind, professional and friendly. Michelle shared info about the area, traffic and construction. She knows her store and we will continue to support these local places that are stuck in the middle of HORRIBLE construction. Thx for yummy food and conversation !

This was a delivery. I have been to the restaurant and the atmosphere was always great!!! Again almost all the questions are for inhouse and mine was delivery! Their manager Michelle was GREAT to talk too with questions I had! Professional, knowledgeable and just fun to talk too!!! She is in the McKellips branch. My parents and my favorite restaurant to eat at! Haven’t been back since their death 2000/ 2001. Should go back and relive old memories! I am answering the remaining...
