I love Serranos and have been going to their other locations since I was a kid. This particular location isn't the best experience. The servers are all very kind and helpful but this is the second time ive come to this one and our food was cold when it came out. The poor bartender seems to be overwhelmed but is very kind and attentive just seems to be understaffed perhaps? The restaurant was dirty both times we went in (plates on empty tables, food on ground) but to be somewhat fair it was the end of the night. Even still bummed we haven't had the best experience at this location because the other locations seem to be more consistent

We went to restaurant and decided we needed to get food to go instead of staying and when we tried to eat it the food was inedible. Way too greasy and salty. We called and spoke with manager who said he would refund us but never did. So disappointing.

This is by far our favorite location! We live in Gilbert and drive out here for the better service and just better overall experience. Shout out to Belen, she was probably the best waitress we've had in years. She was amazing!

First, margaritas: skinny margaritas were good, January special was blah. Food was very good. Chili Relleno was the best I've ever had. The Pollo Fundito Burrito was excellent. Taco salad so so. It gets busy so expect to wait to be seated. We waited for 1/2 hour on a Friday afternoon. I would definitely eat here again.
