Hands down one of the best Chinese restaurants I’ve found in the Valley! Shaanxi Chinese Restaurant delivers authentic Northwestern Chinese flavors that transport you straight to Shaanxi province. The hand-pulled biangbiang noodles are an absolute must-order—wide, chewy, and perfectly coated in that signature spicy chili oil with cumin lamb that is tender, aromatic, and packed with flavor.

I love this spot—and I’m vegan! Authentic Shaanxi food that is also vegan-friendly! The food is incredible, the people are lovely, and the atmosphere is beautiful. And where else can you find freshly made soy milk?! Highly recommend this restaurant.

Shaanxi is one of my favorite restaurants and is my comfort place for whenever life gets stressful. I live in Phoenix but would sometimes drive 40mins one way to get dinner, because of how good the food is!

As a low spice tolerance girly, they always make sure to tailor my dish and adjust it to my spiciness level while still keeping it flavorful. I can't even begin to mention how good their biang biang noodles are, literally were my biggest craving. I would...
