Get the biang biang noodles!!! The thickness, the chewy dumpling-lile texture, the spices, and i got it with lamb, which was just perfect! Unless you want a soup, in which case, get the chicken dumpling soup! The broth is umami and savory with a bit of spicy tang, and the dumplings were not at all soggy. Definitely want to come back to this wonderful place! Oh, and the servings are huge!

After months and months of driving by I finally decided to stop by Shaanxi Garden. I was craving some beef and broccoli and that is exactly what I went for. I walked into the restaurant and the nicesr lady behind the counter greeted me and took my order. She said it would be about ten or so minutes for my order to be ready. So, I went next door to the store and then came back. That same lady and kind smile was there. I took my food and headed home.

Hands down one of the best Chinese restaurants I’ve found in the Valley! Shaanxi Chinese Restaurant delivers authentic Northwestern Chinese flavors that transport you straight to Shaanxi province. The hand-pulled biangbiang noodles are an absolute must-order—wide, chewy, and perfectly coated in that signature spicy chili oil with cumin lamb that is tender, aromatic, and packed with flavor.
