Waited 20 min for a sonic blast that had a sprinkle of peanut butter cup on it. It was a joke a wast of money I will not go to this sonic again as this is not the first time for long waits they are under staffed and does not seem to be making any attempt to fix the problem. Then instead of helping the one guy doing all the outside order they go over to the drive thru window to smoke. So they do not care about customer service or maintaining customers.

I come to this location a lot, and all of the carhops and employees are typically great! Today there was a male carhop I hadn’t seen before and he didn’t say one. single. word during our whole interaction. I said hello and thank you but he literally just stared at me with a blank face and went back inside. 🤷🏼♀️ I get the service industry sucks, but I’ve been a Sonic carhop before and talking and being (at the bare minimum) polite is literally half of the job. Very VERY weird interaction.

sonic's grillo pickle seasoned tots (limited time only)- I wasnt aware of it until I saw it on the screen talking about it after I order the plain tots. anyway... the new seasoned for tots- turned out a WOW... I loved it!!! I would love to have this Sonic Grillo pickle seasoned tots on-going on.... because it s so GOOD!!!!

Food is fine and servers are generally quick and polite.
Biggest complaint is the amount of screens that don’t work. I had to try 3 different ones. Pretty annoying backing out and pulling into another broken one. We cannot see that it’s broken when driving up. One of them has a sign on the screen that you can’t see until you drive up. Put signs on the edge of the where it’s yellow so people can see the dang sign.

I was hesitant to come to this location due to the reviews both here and Yelp. I will say this was one of the better experiences I’ve had at sonic. Everyone was up beat, kind and quick. Exactly what I expected from a fast food joint! Thanks for making our Halloween nice and smooth ?
