Person who took my order asked for my name and I told her how to spell it and say it and she still pronounced and spelt it wrong. Went to use the bathroom and when I came out saw my drink on the counter but not the food. I waited about 5 mins before someone asked me what I was waiting on and I told them. Shout out to the Barista's at Val Vista and Baseline!! I placed a mobile order and forgot to order one of the drinks as iced. I asked then if they could pour it over ice, and she insisted on re-making it. I wish I had gotten her name. She was awesome!

I come to this location regularly and order the same thing. One morning staff member consistently stands out—he greets customers at the door and actually acknowledges people with a simple “good morning,” which makes a real difference.
Unfortunately, that level of basic customer service is not consistent across the rest of the team. Most visits feel like customers are being ignored.
