I come here often and this location is lazy and careless. I guess they want you to mix the white mocha sauce into the $8 coffee yourself? they’ll just hand you a mocha with a 1/4 inch of sauce at the bottom of the cup as if they don’t have eyes that can see it’s not mixed. I don’t think I’ve ever actually gotten lemonade in my lemonade refresher the first time at this location either. They’re little tricksters for sure! Also, if you ask them to remake it they insinuate you’re trying to steal, then take something that’s already touched your mouth back in to the preparation area with other people’s drinks and it’s gross!

Where to begin? You get one girl complaining about getting her paycheck, and I get why! She was more worried about complaining instead of taking my order. So guess what I left and won't return. Let me say the other girl was working. Feel bad for her.

Unfriendly, ignored completely as I waited to order. Staff super cold. Whole place: tables, floor, bathroom (mirror. sink. TOILET YUCK AND WOULD NOT USE. ) pickup counter ditry, and had to ask for a wet cloth to clean our table as all were dirty. Worst I've evet been in by far. AND there was only one other customer in the place and no one even attempting to rectify the mess. Never again.

New chocolate cream cold brew was not bad, but after the cream runs out, nothing special.
They made our matcha latte very watery & pink drink with to much milk & no strawberries also the girl had to much of an attitude

I don't understand how this Starbucks establishment actually has 4 stars. Let's get down to it. I'll start with this issues at hand.After several visits, it seems like this Starbucks just can't or is incapable of mixing the drinks correctly.Issue#1… I have had a few iced white chocolate mochas from here. And Every single time I get this drink from here, there is never any coffee flavor to it at all. Not even a hint. It literally tastes like I am drinking chocolate milk to be honest.Issue#2… I've also had the mocha cookie crumble from here a few times, and same thing, not even the slightest hint of coffee flavor.Issue#3 happened today. Not being prepared, or not having supplies. I usually get a venti. But today they didn't have that size. So instead I got 2 Grande sizes to make up for it. I was then told I had to pay for both, not a huge deal but you figure since they were out of the size I wanted, they could have comped the price a little bit.Anyways, it's not just 1 person that can't mix the drinks correctly, it's pretty much all of them. I would suggest a way to resolve these issues is they all relearn how to make their drinks. Maybe take a class. Or they should change their name to starmilks instead of Starbucks. Every other Starbucks I've been to is great. This one, just not so much.
