They typically get my drink right, however they could be a little more pleasant. I make it my goal to smile when I'm in the store, who of us couldn't use a few more smiles!
This is the one in Broadway and Power Rd, Mesa. Felt like I was a burden when ordering my drinks. The guy making the drinks acted like he didn't want to be there and top it off both of my drinks were not made right.
I like this location, but there is an employee named Aiden that is so rude that if I could get out of the drive thru when I hear his voice I would. He’s dismissive and ignores questions, even though I know he hears them. He has no business being in this industry. Please get him away from the guests, just have him make the coffee’s, but not talk to customers, because he’s arrogant and not a nice person to deal with.
