I like this location, but there is an employee named Aiden that is so rude that if I could get out of the drive thru when I hear his voice I would. He’s dismissive and ignores questions, even though I know he hears them. He has no business being in this industry. Please get him away from the guests, just have him make the coffee’s, but not talk to customers, because he’s arrogant and not a nice person to deal with.
It's a Starbucks so you know what you will experience. I do wish that they could have more non-coffee offerings and maybe something to absorb the sound since it can get loud when there are many patrons in the seating area. This is a great location being only a short walk from Banner Hospital.
Love it here , Lorenzo at the drive thru was amazing. He talked with me the whole time my drinks were being made. He didn’t just close the window and walk away like most drive thrus. That’s great customer service and I will be back because of that! Thank you
