Lilly was so amazing! We were those people at 8:15pm on a Friday when they close at 8:30pm but she was still kind personable and offered some AMAZING recommendations. Service today was not good and didn't even open the drive thru window because I didn't order through the outside but through the app and when I came in the little girl gave me a attitude over there poor service and told me to get my drinks instead of handing it off to me. Have to change my pickup location or go to the competition. Never thought Starbucks would treat a brother that is a regular that earned 200 points a week.

I just left this location and noticed that they added a $1 tip without my permission or knowledge. They did not let me know they were going to do this at any point of my transaction. My bill was $13, my bank statement says $14 was taken. I had tipped them $2 in cash, still without the knowledge that they had basically stolen money from me.
I know it's not a huge amount at all. It's about respect and decency.
