I waited 20 minutes to be served, and when I finally reached the register, the system crashed, causing another 10-15 minute delay. The staff seemed indifferent, and it was frustrating. The manager, Eric, mentioned that this issue has happened often and that they don’t have a backup plan in place. He also said he’s already addressed it with the owners, but nothing has been done. It’s disappointing that the owners are leaving their manager to deal with this without providing a solution. Shame on them for not taking responsibility and fixing the problem.

The purple haired girl working today (she didn’t have a name tag) was extremely rude. She kept talking over my fiancé and I, as well as was super snappy toned. I’m not sure why she has such bad attitude, but she’s not fit to be in customer service.

This location has added a cover to their meats and cheeses, that when open, doesn’t allow you to see what they are putting on your sandwich. One of my sandwiches was missing cheese, which I would have noticed had I been able to watch them putting those ingredients on. Since there are 3 Subway’s within a mile of my home, I won’t be returning to this one.

When in the past 20 years, I've always gotten a chocolate chip cookie with each of my kids' meals.

I’ve had 3 bad experiences here over the last few weeks so decided to do a review. The last 2 times I’ve gone in the girls who have helped me (2 different ones) kept their gloves on while ringing me and others up on the cash register and then went back to making sandwiches with the same gloves on. Those registers are gross with people touching them all day and handling money and so forth. The girls were friendly so I’m keeping a star for that but they need to change gloves or take them off while ringing up on the register then put them back on (have seen people do that and that’s fine)Then there was a night I went in around 9:00 pm and all the chairs were already up. I don’t care about that but I thought maybe they were closed even though the door says open until 10:00. I walked in and asked if they were closed and the girl came out to start cleaning and said no we aren’t closed but we barely have any bread left. I asked which bread they still had and she told me, then I said that’s fine I’ll take it. Instead of coming to help me though she just kept cleaning. I figured she was just wrapping up her current task and then she would come make me a sandwich, but she just kept cleaning and then started on another cleaning task when she finished the first as I just stood there. It was clear at that point she just wanted me gone so I said to her I guess you just want to close up huh? And she shook her head yes and I just left.

Do not order for delivery from here. I received half of my order last night. The delivery driver “didn’t know” anything. I called the store and the employees didn’t know what to do except tell me to call the next day when a manager is there. How am I supposed to prove I didn’t receive food? This is frustrating as hell. I won’t be ordering from here again.Edit: contacted customer service with no response a week later. 1 star. No customer service at all here.
