On February 26 at approximately 19:10, I took my family to a very dark drive-through. Upon arrival, I noticed workers/staff goofing off and witnessed an employee put ice down the back of his co-worker. I ordered a medium Waikiki and 2 Large Watermelon sugars. As I was heading on the freeway on 202 in Tempe heading home, I noticed no watermelon boba in my watermelon sugar. I tried calling Swig, but no one would pick up the phone. I called many times! I am very disappointed and frustrated. How can I contact the owner to make this right and get a refund? May I suggest lighting at your facility? That's gotta be city code violations for safety.

Saw a long line in the drive thru and decided to go inside to order. I was the only one inside to order. Made my order and waited...and waited group of 4 come in...waited...group of 2 come in...waited group of 5 come in and group AFTER me get their drinks...waited..this whole time the kids behind the counter gab about this and that..gab about another guys hairline...finally went to register to get a refund I had to go. Took 2 girls to get the refund and one asked why I was getting refund...told her I had been waiting and other groups were getting their orders already while I was still waiting..the refund was quicker then their actual service. Went to a gas station to get a redbull.

Sat in the drive through line for an extra five minutes while the girl working the window chatted with her friend. At first I thought, maybe she's waiting on something else to me made. Nope. Instead, she just needed to vent about how her manager hates her because she didn't get the time off she asked for spring break. They were hoping to go to Mexico, but not can't. Instead they are going to Flagstaff, but that's not a "real spring break". Apparently, she thinks it's more of a day trip. Then I finally overheard her tell her friend that she needed to end the conversation because she thought I was looking pissed. The drinks here are not worth this silly, entitled high school drama. It took me all of a minute to get my drink and go. If you need to have a conversation go inside. Don't hold up the massive drive through line. Ugh.

Got there at 06:15 and all of the lights in the building were shut off like it was closed, even though it said open until 7. Drove up and a girl eventually came out. She was rude through the entirety of our interaction. Soda was alright.

The service was awful the kids that work night shift on 12/12 could use better customer services skills I got a aggressive “are you ready to order” no hi or anything.

Don't even bother going inside unless you want to be looked at like you're the biggest inconvenience. Guy with blonde hair, mustache, and a hat made us feel like we were being processed into a prison with how he took our order. Employees busy playing pick-me with each other to offer an ounce of decent customer service. Blonde girl with bangs and a ponytail slammed my drink on the counter as if it came out of HER paycheck. Do better.

Swig is my mom and is favorite treat! We get a drink almost every day and we love our swig! But recently we have noticed the change in pretzel bites. They used to be the best pretzels literally ever and they switched to a new pretzel and it is mushy and salty beyond belief, and takes longer for them to make. I would absolutely give 5 stars if they left their other pretzel recipe. We have recommended swig to so many people and told them about the delish pretzel bites and now we just look crazy because the new recipe is not delish at all. At least the drinks are super yummy!

I know the whole "dirty soda" craze is ongoing, but they are so yummy. It is definitely worth the hype. The website has so many more options than just what they have on the menu board.

Look online at the menu first- when you get to order at the menu in the drive thru there is a line and I felt rushed ! Good price for a little treat!

I live right by this swig and go often. Most the time I go my drink is not made that well. Once in awhile I get it made really well so I keep going hoping it will be made well. Today it was made terribly. I’ve given it so many chances but I can’t do it anymore. ForJUST a soda place, they should have the BEST soda of anywhere but it’s always either too syrupy or not enough carbonation. I’m bummed

I’m a regular here. It use to be a great place to see your friends in the community. Things have changed. Now it’s a place where I sit in line for ridiculously long waits to purchase ridiculously over priced soda. I do not go here as often as I use to. BUT, if you go on a Thursday morning you’ll be greeted by a rockstar, my friend and everyone’s friend, Hannah.

I was at the window when my car broke down and was stuck in park. The crew members of swig helped me diagnosed what was wrong with my car; luckily it was an easy fix and it was just a bushing that was worn out and broken. One of the guys told me to cancel the tow truck I called and ran to auto zone to pick up the bushing that needed to be replaced. I was back on the road in 20 minutes and made it home with my drinks still cold. Best customer service in the valley.
