We finally tried Swig after hearing about it, and they have tons of creative drinks with friendly, fast service despite being busy. While we enjoyed the drinks, we noticed some inconsistency on a later visit, but it’s still a fun and affordable spot for a treat.

The first time going here, they had a big selection of drinks. Or you can make your own drink. They did not have chocolate chip cookies for a mini cup of cookies. Excellent prices for the drinks, and they are delicious.

Service was great and the line was quick in a drive-through. The gal in the drive-through even asked me for signing up for the loyalty program bonus I didn’t even know I had it so she educated me on the program. My only thing with this place is the drive-through has a big pothole. It’d be awesome for management to work to get that filled in. 😊

Here’s why that’s a problem beyond the fact that the ingredients are totally different. I’m like deathly allergic to coconut. Maybe just make what’s ordered instead of deciding what someone might like better. Because you literally could have killed me tonight, had I not noticed the color was off through the lid.
I’d have rather not posted this review but nobody answered the phone any of the times I called tonight. Be better.

My main point is the employees. They are very helpful and friendly. It's fun to go get a drink at Swig with some friends on a hot day.
Drinks are good staff are very nice I only gave 4 stars because of the wait in the dive thru. I was in life for 25 mins. Idk maybe I’m a Karen right now but it just seemed so slow.
Other than that it’s fairly priced my kids love it and the drinks taste great.

Love the drinks but the wait to get a simple drink is just unbelievably ridiculous! Sat in line for 10mins before order was taken and another 10mins just to get to the window and pay and literally there wasn’t that many cars!! Inside only had a few customers in there as well. This needs to be fixed or something because a fast food joint who makes whole meals takes less time to get your order taken and handed your food.

My fave is the Ring King because it tastes like a liquid cupcake and is made with Dr. Pepper - which is customizable but honestly so perfect, Root beer is a good caffeine free swap tho!

Love the drinks but there seems to be an operational and/or management issue. After the drive through was taking 20+ minutes several times (with minimum cars in front of me), I decided to mobile order. The first time, they just ignored me as I stood there for about 10 minutes. Then it took another 20 minutes to get my two drinks when the app said it would be ready 40 minutes beforehand. Today, it said it’d be ready at 1:10–I got there at 1:15 and waited until 1:35 for two drinks. And one of my drinks was wrong!
