Ordered food in drivethru got home a n d was made wrong. Drove back explaining what happened. Got my order went home and the very same thing.... made wrong. I called and was told bring it back, I told them I did already and still messed up order. Gave them my name and went back about a week later and was like pulling teeth to get my order. Wanted to see my receipt then time I called, why I waited so long to come back, treated me like I was trying to scam them out of 2 tacos....
The service was exceptional and when minor issues in the food presentation arose James was willing to assist in a speed and professional manner. Would recommend for another visit soon.
They're improving a lot
Unfortunately they don't review their orders correctly and miss items that were selected on their app and once I'm home it's not there .. thats just basics of the job but it's a lot to ask I suppose but now my meal isn't complete
