Last night I ordered 3 soft tacos w/o lettuce and a crispy cantina taco through the app 15 minutes before I got to the location. I then had to wait another 10 minutes for my food (on a Thursday night). When I got home there was no cheese on the tacos and the cantina taco didnt have the cheese on the outside. So I called the store (because I live 20 minutes away) and he told me to ask for a manager “Erin” next time I was in and she would take care of me.

I've been coming to this taco bell for a while and I love it here. Everybody in drive-thru is so nice, and the few times they've messed up my order they've been so nice and quick to make it right. I went to the drive-thru today around 4pm and am deeply in love with whoever made my tacos. They were nice and fat and wrapped up tight like babies. Incredible work
