One of the worst Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been to, they force you to use the kiosk to place order not everyone want to use a dirty computer. I want customer service greeted with a smile and asked what can I get for you today. But nope just rude over paid lazy employees who focus on drive through as major source of business. Food is always dry and cold like it’s been held over its hold time. I used to be a manager at a Taco Bell and it’s very sad walking into this dirty rude location. Step your game up and keep customers happy so you can stay in business.

I was busy struggling through my order at the kiosk, when the order and payment I made disappeared.
They didn't know how to do anything about anything.
Other than tell me, I can wait two days for a refund, that was all the money I had to feed me in my family for that night.
Staff tried insisting.It was my fault, but I did something wrong with the machine.
Me and my family won't go in here if it were the last place on earth ever again.
