We often get carry out from Tacos Tijuana, I've lived in Mexico and can confirm their tacos taste authentic. The al pastor and carne asada tacos are delicious, my husband has had the burritos and has enjoyed them as well. Their orchard is yummy too and they offer a variety of other drinks. We've only had carry out, we've never eaten there but they have a good amount of seating.
They lost our order and it took us like 30 minutes to get our tacos. After living in Tijuana: the guacamole did not taste even like zucchini. The meat was very fine mince and the amount of meat per taco even in our burrito was not good enough. The tacos are average price, but the quality and the quantity is not that good to be honest I have had better Sonora style tacos here in Phoenix or Tijuana style tacos are great the pastor trompo was a little sad spinning tower of over cooked...
Listen to me when I tell you this. Tacos Tijuana is by far the best taco shop in Mesa. If you like flavor, you will appreciate every bite. The carne asada is cooked to perfection and the char flavors have me wanting to go back right now for more. You cant go wrong with corn lr flour tortillas but they do change the taste.
