It was hit or miss. Some of the meals were really great and some meh. We were in a party of 7 and some of our orders were mixed up. Food came out pretty quick though. Really chill atmosphere.
After being greeted and seated by a friendly staff I faced a huge challenge. Every plate I passed by on other tables looked exquisite! I settled on the Yolote Burrito and was wowed by the depth of flavor packed into the tortilla. I also got to sample the sausage fries and holy cow! Hearty and flavorful is clearly the standard, we left with a “brunch” of thanks!
So glad we chose to try a new restaurant. LOVED the elote avocado toast! I almost licked the plate. Our server was energetic and smart and friendly! We don’t live in Mesa, but will come back the next time we’re in the area.
