Tried to go through thr drive thru tonight. I was in line behind a police officer that the girls seemed to be flirting with for a hot minute. I was looking at the menu at 745. Pulled up to the window at 802 after the police officer left. The girls working were nowhere to be found. I was in line before closing time so I got out of my truck and knocked on the walk-up window. No answer, but there was an open gallon of milk on the counter so I know they were still there. So we drove around the parking lot and passed by the window one more time and sure enough there they were. They both made an "oh my god" face and one of them shut off the lights. I really don't appreciate being blatantly ignored and left to look dumb like that, especially as a paying customer. I'm fully aware closing time is 8pm, but I was there before then.

My go-to drive-through coffee spot!! They're so friendly without being overly intense. I promise they won't try to climb in your car window when you order (we all know which other coffee place I'm talking about) The drinks are all great, their coffee beans are awesome for making your own drinks at home, and the blueberry muffins are freaking delicious! Maple pancake oat milk latte is my highest recommendation, iced or hot, it tastes like an eggo and is so good for your soul.

Being from Virginia, I found the fix about 2 years ago. I am more of a coffee goer, but I decided to go the route of my husband and be surprised. I thought let me add some spontaneity into my life and get a surprise lotus and to my surprise I really enjoyed both of them. The more reddish pink was a bit more tart than the blueish purple (which I enjoyed more). Most of the employees here are super friendly and know how to strike up a conversation. The feel and ambiance of the location is very modern and hipster. Absolutely love the vibe of the workers and how attentive they are to special request. If you try a surprise lotus and do not like certain flavors/class of flavors (i.e Citrus or Melons) you can request and they are very accommodating. Overall I would pick the fix over any big chain because I enjoy the products and the customer service is friendly.
Great coffee, friendly staff, townie atmosphere, innovative flavor combos. Wish there was one on my way to work but I'm definitely here just about every weekend.

Meh. It's a coffee pit stop. Really not impressed with the management leaving their workers and customers to deal with a large number of bees swarming around the drive through window. It was bad enough I drove around to park and walk up to the window on the other side of the building where there weren't any. Had I had time I'd have gone someplace else. Staff was nice. Coffee was average. Muffin was prepackaged and edible at best.

Popped in for a quick Americano, and I had a slight wait while the baristas took care of a "cold brew issue" they apologized for the delay and served up a delicious hot Americano with a touch of honey. I'll be coming back, friendly baristas and good drink.
