Came here this morning (8/6/26) around 8am. Man who was taking my order was very nice and helpful. Food was good. However, I would advise management to refrain from keeping the lady who helped us at the window away from the window. She had a horrible attitude. Her hair was black in a ponytail, she wore a black hoodie, and she had multiple ear piercings. We could hear her and another employee complain that a customer changed their drink order last minute. The Fix is our favorite coffee shop! I always order the iced White Macadamia Nut Breve with white coffee, and it's hands down my favorite drink. It's smooth, creamy, and perfectly balanced. The mini smoothies are also adorable and surprisingly delicious—perfect if you want a little treat! The staff is always so friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. We love coming here and always recommend it to friends and family!

I stopped at The Fix Drive Thru Coffee a few mornings ago on my way to work because I was running late and didn’t have time to sit inside a café. I honestly expected a quick average coffee stop, but the experience ended up being surprisingly good and much more personal than most drive-thru places.
