We were really impressed with how friendly and attentive the staff at The Hub were—great service all around, and everyone made us feel welcome. Unfortunately, the food didn’t quite match the hospitality. Most of the dishes were just okay, and the kids’ chicken was sadly inedible—overcooked, oversized, and over seasoned, to the point our kids wouldn’t touch it. Giving this place 3 stars, and that’s mostly thanks to the manager and the drinks. Service was pretty rough. Our waitress was super slow, and the food came out burnt. Chicken tenders were so overcooked it was hard to believe both the kitchen and the server thought they were OK to serve. My nephew’s burger didn’t show up until we were basically done eating, and that was after we had already sent back two other plates.

Food was delicious, hot, and quick. We tried the potato wedges which were fully loaded potato skins along side the ham and bacon jam sandwich.
