Ordered two pretzels to go with beer cheese sauce - Jalapeño cheddar and original salted. Both were good. The cheese was excellent. Very cute place, great service and atmosphere.

Stopped in for a taste on a late Friday morning while visiting Mesa from Chicago. We were pleasantly surprised with the quick a kind service and variety of tasty pretzels and other products. We will return. 10 thumbs up to the Pretzel Knot. 😋

I've now been here both with family and by myself and it's been pleasant every time. The staff are very sweet-natured and bubbly, with examples of their food on obvious display below the menu. It's always quiet when I've gone, with only two or so other tables in use. The pretzels are warm, soft, and delicious with a little variety and plenty of salt, as promised. If you feel hungry but not enough for a large meal, go down for a pretzel and leave satisfied.

Very delicious with a variety of flavors. The pretzel dog was filling, all beef, and perfectly balanced between dog and pretzel.

Been wanting to go here for a while. Tried the standard butter and salt pretzel with beer cheese and it was great. We had a mocha coffee on ice also that was very good. Also tried a flight gluten free options which were really good. Can't wait to go back and try all the other pretzels with toppings now! Garlic parm or pizza next.

Cute & Quirky. Best pretzels 🥨 in Mesa/Phoenix.
Plenty of space indoors and outdoor. Walkable for all of downtown Mesa.

We were looking for something light to eat while visiting downtown Mesa, and we happened open this lovely pretzel shop
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were given suggestions, clarification on menu items, and we were also never felt at all rushed to make a decision and order. Our orders were brought out to us in a timely manner, and they even came by later to check on us and bus the table some. Our orders were plated nicely and everything looked and tasted great
We chose to sit outside, but there is plenty of seating on the inside. The interior is deceptively spacious. There is a long bar with pretzels and other baked treats. The menu is posted clearly behind the bar. The decor was fun and quirky. I enjoyed their chef my songs for “good pretzels for good people (and the other ones too)”
Their literal bread and butter is pretzels, and they have a variety to choose from like original, garlic Parmesan, pizza, cinnamon, Italian, everything seasoning, etc etc etc. They also have flights of pretzel knots where you get a chance to try a variety of five. Each pretzel or knots comes with a dipping sauce that includes but is not limited to nacho cheese, beer cheese, sweet cream, marshmallow fluff, marinara, ranch, etc There are even pretzel dogs and other pretzel fusion dishes. If you’re thirsty they have soft drinks and specialty coffee options
Everything tasted delicious. Both the nacho and beer cheese worked well with the original pretzel and the knots flight
Some tips:
Parking is limited, but we visited the downtown area a few times, and we were lucky enough to find spots each time
Try the knots flight to get a variety. If you have a sweet tooth, the cinnamon sugar pretzel is the choice for you
Cheers!

We stumbled on The Salted Knot while walking around downtown Mesa this morning. The pretzels were amazing and made for a perfect snack (I got the bacon & cheddar pretzel and my wife went with the classic butter & salt, and we both got beer cheese), and there are a ton of customizations that can be made. We also got specialty drinks, and the Piña Colada was awesome (my wife got the blue one whose name escapes us, but it was equally stellar).
The staff was super friendly, and we ended up chatting with Maria, the owner, a bit. She curated the music playlist there too, and I was hooked immediately (where else can you hear Superdrag in the wild?).
My wife and I are fans for life now. They make amazing food, have a ton of selections, and the ambience is really cool. I'd give this place six stars if it was an option.

Such a great find. Originally went for a Pretzel making class and had a great time. The Pretzels are light and airy. I am more use to the east coast pretzels so it was a nice surprise. So many toppings to choose from and the owners have a great story. Definitely worth a drop in for something a little different!!!
