The rewards system from their app is great as it’s balanced & easy to rack up points and receive free stuff like smoothies and free sides. I recommend Tropical Smoothie to anyone because they DO NOT use powders or substitutions for fruit- it’s all the real deal folks!“

“Service is really really slow – which is the only reason they lose a star. The food and drinks are both good. Prices are comparable to similar places. Space is clean, staff friendly. I have visited here 3x in the past 30 days. Twice it took about 15 minutes to get 2 sandwiches and 2 smoothies. Once it took 36 minutes for 2 sandwiches and 2 smoothies. All of these instances were placed inside but “to go”. The menu consists of wraps and sandwiches. There is no way it should take that long. There weren’t that many people inside or cars in the drive thru. There were 4 employees seen. They stated that they had a lot of online orders….but yet, here I am already here and waiting…. I will still return, but only when I have extra time (never when I am in a hurry).“
