“I like to come here after hitting the gym. Their smoothies are really good, but the food can be a hit or miss, that's probably what hurts them most. Sure, wait times can take a while, but I always recommend mobile order in advance, should save you plenty of time. But I'd also recommend just walking inside to get it, because I've gone through drive through and got stuck behind someone that took a little while. Overall, I'd say I haven't had many complaints, just minor stuff if I'm being picky. The smoothies are definitely worth it though IMO.“
“This place is semi-new, this is my 2nd time trying it. The first was yesterday LOL. I loved the simplicity of it and what they serve is well thought out. The Detox Green smoothie is my favorite, really made me feel full for the rest of the day. The breakfast wraps are good, my coworkers didn't like them because they just like a little more of a hearty meal. These wraps are for light eaters, very simple but BOMB. Definitely recommend this place, especially if you're trying to eat healthier.“

“Legit best experience Ive ever had with an establishment. The manager here, Adam, is amazing. I order from here almost daily and today my order got cancelled last minute by DoorDash. Because I ordered through the company's website DoorDash was not able to assist in anyway. After letting Adam know the situation he took it upon himself to reach out to his district manager to make sure that I was refunded. He also made it a point to make sure that he got my name correct because I have a pretty difficult name, and I just have to say that it is the best customer service that I have received in a very long time. “It's a little cramped to go with a crew, but the food is fun and the smoothies have a lot of variety. I love their cleanse smoothy most because it still has some sweetness, but it's a more smooth experience that I know is good for me. Staff are always pleasant and responsive to adjustments to get the smoothy that's best for me. Thanks!“
“Bravo to Kiera! Kiera- I apologize if I spelled your name wrong. My daughter & I stopped in today 3.10.23 at about 2:45pm. I ordered as usual the Bahama Mama(skip the strawberries ) and my daughter had the strawberry banana smoothie. OK- straight up..you were grace under fire. There were 20people waiting on smoothies and just you- no help. You had the best attitude- you hustled - you greeted every guest even when they were oblivious to you working your butt off to take orders- make smoothies- offer a bathroom key and assure orders were accurate. Alert - and on it. I tipped per my card and am hoping that you receive recognition from the owners of this store! Its tough to find employees with work ethic that stands out like a ! #superstarAnyway- give yourself a pat on the back. Working with the public is a tough gig.“

She always gets my order right, includes napkins and silverware while making my order fresh and quick.Any problems people are having is due to Tropical smoothie refusing to pay a living wage, not the employees fault. Address your ridicule and complaints towards the CEO, not these hardworking young women who work for unsustainable wages. Tasty food, clean location and kind women workers.“
