“Absolutely loved my visit to Tropical Smoothie Café! Ashley was an absolute gem so sweet, patient, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. The menu can feel overwhelming with all those delicious choices, but Ashley took the time to explain everything in detail, point out the best options, and made me feel totally at ease. Her energy was infectious she made the whole experience fun and exciting!

“Customer service is amazing! Shout out to Lily, Stacy, Danika, and all the other guys and girls that work there! I am a regular there and they always remember my order. Some days are better than others but these people are human beings and some attend high school so this is a job for them to make extra money. Treat them with kindness and they will do the same. Michelle is a great manager and always asks for feedback from customers when she gets a chance. She truly cares about making the customers experience valued! Only improvement I suggest, is too much ice waters the smoothies down. Consistent training should help correct this issue moving forward. Overall, 5 stars!“
