I ordered on their website and the estimated pick up time is 7:41pm, I got there before 8pm and my order is still not ready, I waited for almost 30mins and came back, asked the employees at the cashier (a man and a woman) if my order is ready and they responded very rude. I told them I was waiting for 30mins already. When I got the 2 XL pizzas I ordered, it is not warm ANYMORE so with that being said, its been sitting there while they're telling me my pizza is not yet ready! Wasted my time! I'm sorry but I am not going back to this location anymore!

The class of 2025 is slacking!
This place makes good food, but like all pizza places there is a constant rotation of teenagers working there. Sometimes you get a good batch and the place runs well. This is not a good batch. Knowing that, you can now temper your expectations to match what you will likely experience here. Will I come back? 100% Yes, because the food is still good just slower and less accurate than before. Class of 2026 we are waiting for you and you have an easy act to follow. ;-)

We ordered delivery and the food always came late and they shut down too went to better business bureau and the ftc they harassed us even though the mail called the police to turn them in and they never did nothing neither we are disabled and they act like they call heath channel 3 to report them opening more places

i’m from new york and i can say it’s quite difficult finding a good pizza place out here in az and ever since ive found this gem, its my go-to for almost any occasion whether that’s throwing a party or having a movie night with friends. i recommend Venezia’s. for their pizza & wings. in the picture i got the sweet chili wings and bbq chicken pizza.

I liked the South Ellsworth store over the McKellips Rd store. McKellips Rd. Store doesn't maintain their soda machines and add on syrups as well. Food seemed better at the Ellsworth location too

Service is very slow

Ordered out some pizza today cause I remembered really liking venezias pizza when i ordered last about 8 months ago but the pizza I recieved today was unedible. It was so salty it made me throw up. I'm beyond disapointed and probably can't trust this place anymore 40 bucks a pizza and it's saltier than a fattys discharge what a joke. Oh and I know it had extra cheese but it was also undercooked I've seen white people from Alaska darker than this pizza

So I’ve been meaning to write a review for this place. The pizza. The pizza was everything I was looking for in taste and quality. I’m glad I found a place better than my local pizza place that’s worth the drive from Florence. The wings were bomb! But the pizza and ranch were unbelievable. Glad this place sells pizza by the slice and 2 slices and 1 drink for about $10 you can’t beat that. They’re big slices! One slice will fill you up!

Pizza and cheese bread were bomb! Boneless wings were bomb!
But please, discontinue the use of your ranch. Tbh, it was the worst thing I’ve ever put in my mouth. And there have been some questionable things in there. Will order again though.
