Why can't Wendy's get a drive thru order right??? Been that way for years. Yesterday got screwed out of a chicken nugget. On a limited income and this doesn't help.

The staff is friendly and helpful, with a drive thru person who was very good, patient, efficient, and polite. The kindest and sweetest person provides outstanding customer service with a smile and positive energy. The restaurant is clean, and the Biggie Bag is a popular and economical choice. Customers enjoy the new asiago ranch chicken burger and the chili, which is always great.
