The new young man who waited on me provided great customer service and paid attention to my requests well. A+ However the manager is a bit of a cheapskate and corrected him on putting too much meat. The scoop of chicken the manager wasn't even level full. That aside, it was a pleasant dining experience and they do accept EBT. Will be coming back again.
Place is clean, workers friendly. Issue I have, is with how EXPENSIVE they are. I got a 6in “Great Garlic”. No extra’s or anything. Said $7.48 on the sign, which is quite a bit already, but then my total was $8.48. Again, JUST the sandwich. No extra meat or cheese, no cookies or chips or anything. I WAS going to tip, but for that price, I figured it was included.

The sweet lady at Greenfield and University who serves me each time I go meticulously toasts my sandwich exactly as much as I like it, overly toasted for most, but perfect for me. She really cares about her customers and that they leave there satisfied. She's very friendly and considerate. I go out of my way for that location for the friendliness and service I can always count on. A huge thank you!
